The Mysteries of Nature

The giraffe has a very long neck
And it has sometimes been said
That this is simply because
It’s body is a long way from it’s head

Some elephants have great big ears
Like huge and flappy wings
Some think they use them for keeping cool
I think they’re for hearing things

A snake has no arms or legs
To some this comes as a shock
But while we need a whole suit of clothes
A snake can keep warm in one sock

The scorpion has a sting in it’s tail
Which it uses to finish its prey
But I have a different method
"Amen", is all that I say.
